We are all here only on a transit trip to eternity. Therefore, it is wise for us to make a long-term plan for our lives, and not just for our short earthly life, because it is even shorter than the blink of an eye compared to eternity. Let us accept the Message of Salvation from our Savior Adonai Yeshua and then let us go and follow him!
Duties and rights prescribed for men
The general instruction for men from the beginning of creation is to separate from their parents and leave their childhood home, marry and found a family. This to be applies to the majority of men, but for a small part of men it is prescribed for them to remain single and to work hard in spreading the gospel to all creatures.
We live in a corrupt world where nations are at war with each other and violence is everywhere. Therefore, men must protect their families from all such evil and also participate in the defense of the country in the tasks that our Creator has prescribed for them. Attention: Women should not serve in the army on the front lines of wars, because that task is prescribed only for men!
The existence of all mankind is still completely dependent on men being involved in the procreation of children, or at least in the way that the man’s sperm cells are used to fertilize the woman’s egg cells. Because our foremother Eve fell into sin and seduced Adam to eat the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in paradise, Adam received a severe sentence, because Elohim warned him in advance. He will have to earn his bread for himself and his family by the sweat of his brow, until he finally dies and becomes dust again!
Because Jehovah created the female body to be more durable than the male body due to childbearing, today men usually die about 3...6 years younger than women. As a result, they also have a shorter search period than women to seek salvation for their souls. This is good to note. Men's task is to take care of the work by providing food and housing for their families. Today, the situation in Western countries has been changed by the prince of the power of the air, Satan, so that women have been lured into full-time or at least part-time work in addition to all their other responsibilities.
This is because many frivolous needs and temptations have been created for adults and children, which cost so much that the salary of one spouse is usually not enough to maintain the generally desired standard of living. In many cases, even the salary of two is not enough. The standard of living, free movement in your own car, a summer cottage, many leisure activities and vacations to distant lands become really expensive!
Almost all Christian men and men who believe in Yeshua should marry and provide for their families, raise the children to know salvation and to obey the Holy Scriptures of the Bible. They should also love their wives as Mashiach loved the congregation. This is the position that man was originally created for in relation to his family by our Creator. In family life, Mashiach is the boss of the man, the man is the boss of his wife, and the children should be submissive and obey both their parents.
According to the NT, it is a matter of honor for some men to remain single and thus serve Adonai. But unfortunately, many men, especially in Western countries, do not want to take responsibility for the family, but want to enjoy sex in loose relationships. This exposes them to various sexually transmitted diseases and leads them deeper into darkness, shortening their lifespan and ultimately making their lives miserable.
In the congregations, honorable older men guide young men to live honorably and fulfill their duties well towards their wife and family. Younger men, in turn, should help especially their older relatives who need help and support because their strength has been exhausted. They themselves will grow old and in time become in need of help. In many Western societies, there are good social networks to further help this.
How important is it to be a man?
The position of honor given to man by our Creator is that he acts as lord and boss over his wife and children in his home. As he strives to be obedient in this position, he will achieve a respectable position in his home, in his neighborhood, among his family, and in his local congregation. In the congregations, men are provided with all kinds of leadership as priests, deacons, and elder brothers. As for the current ecclesiastical hierarchies with their vicars, deacons, bishops, archbishops, popes, etc., they are offices completely foreign to apostolic Christianity.
Although our Savior was born of the seed of a woman without the sperm of a man, his adoptive father Joseph had the crucial task of ensuring the safety of Mary and Yeshua in Egypt and of providing them with a home and daily sustenance. Yeshua inherited the sacred blood from his Father, the Holy Spirit. The seed of the woman, Yeshua Mashiach, crushed the head of the serpent, Satan, defeating him through his death on the cross of Calvary for us.
If our Savior had not agreed to the request of His Father, Yehowah Elohim, to descend from heaven and be born as a human through the womb of the Virgin Mary, none of us would have had the opportunity to be saved through faith in Adonai Yeshua, who, being sinless, atoned for all our sins and transgressions through the terrible sufferings on the cross of Calvary as an innocent and spotless sacrificial lamb!
Paul also taught that every man should love his wife and how all men today also have originated from our first mother Eve. We are her descendants: 1 Cor. 11:8-12 (Translation according to Novum, excluding blue additions)
>>8 For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man. 9 Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man. 10 For this cause ought the woman to have power (sign of subjugation: headdress) on her head because of the angels.
11 Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Adonai. 12 For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of Elohim.<<
Finally, I repeat the tremendous promise in the attached picture to all of us who have placed all our hope for salvation in Yeshua Mashiach, who is the only begotten Son of Yehowah Elohim! Hebr. 9:27-28
>>27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 28 So Mashiach was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.<<
If you are an underachiever and a great failure in your life, then today place your entire life in the capable hands of Adonai Yeshua! He will create a completely new creation out of you!
