Reflections on shabat, Augusti 28, 2026

   Pictures from the left:

1) The devil tries to destroy a child's life at the very beginning. Adonai Yeshua prevents this by concerning those who have been predestined to eternal life since the foundation of the world.

2) A person who believes in Yeshua lives a set number of years and is guided to choose what to think, say, and do during short life time. Then the resurrection occurs.

3)
In the resurrection all the dead will be raised and those who are then alive on earth will also be gathered there. We will be judged according to what is written in the Book of Life.

Let's review the Bible verses in the picture

>>
7 But Yehowah said unto me, "Don't say, 'I am just a child'. For you will go whomever I send you, and you will speak whatever I order you. 8 Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you, says Yehowah, to rescue you."<< Jeremiah 1:7

>>Because he has appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he has ordained; whereof he has given assurance unto all men, in that he has raised him from the dead.<< Acts 17:31

>>14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death - the lake of fire. 15 And anyone whose name was not found written in the Book of Life was hurled into the lake of fire.<< Revelation 20:14-15

Do you resist when called to serve?

Many well-known Bible characters resisted that. They were, for example, Moses, Saul, Jeremiah, Jonah and Peter. However, Yehowah and Yeshua persuaded each of them to obey Yehowah's will and oh, what a great help were they in His use?

Even if you and I never become like them, each of us is needed to take the Eternal Message of Salvation to those still on the way to perdition, to our relatives, our neighbours and, according to the choice of Yehowah, to the ends of the earth.

Every person led to salvation is infinitely valuable to our Creator and each of us is completely unique, that is, irreplaceable in personality, even though we most often do not think about it. Our Creator created each of us skillfully different.

Many of us, like the people listed above, fear that Jehovah will demand something of us that we are not capable of and that we will ultimately fail completely, causing the people around us to laugh at us. That has happened to me too. But so what!

We can learn from our mistakes, like a little child trying to take his first steps. He falls a few times, but eventually learns to walk and then to run. Apostle Paul urges us to run victoriously in the race of faith that is set before us!

May our goal be obedience in the faith!

It's really difficult, but not impossible! We rarely hear Adonai speaking to us clearly. Often we only notice it as a hint when we read the Bible and suddenly notice that some words start to come to life and jump out to our eyes.

Then it is worth stopping and thinking deeply about what Adonai Yeshua wants to speak to us through those words and for us to do! It can be the beginning of a great chain of events that slowly opens by itself like the buds of a tree in spring.

So it is about obedience in faith, of which we have been given several good examples in the Bible and the history of the New Testament of people who lived in the power of Elohim and performed great deeds by faith: Abel, Noah, Araham, Sarai, Moses, Yeshua, Paul, Peter, Francis of Assisi and George Müller.

Yeshua's Parable of the Faithful Servants

When we read the New Testament, we notice how much value Adonai Yeshua places on the faithful obedience of His chosen servants! The servant who had earned much with the talents (spiritual gifts) he had received received twice as much!

But the lazy servant was severely rebuked and thrown out into darkness. As Yeshua said, "Many are called to salvation, but few are chosen!" Let us be like those servants who were diligent with their talents for the good of their neighbors!

Adonai Yeshua himself left us the best example of what it means to submit to the will of our Almighty Heavenly Father, even if it is against our own will. Then we will find the way of the 'wheat grain' and bear much fruit to the Heaven!

Why does Yehowah discipline us?

One of his many names is 'Yehowah Mekaddishchem'. It is translated: "Yehowah who strikes" (Yehowah who strikes to heal his children) Ezekiel 7:9. The apostle Paul also wrote that we are being refined for heaven. That is why Yehowah scourges each of his children so that we may share in his holiness.

This is for us a model in the Old Testament. The acacia boards surrounding the Tabernacle were of the same length, or equal value. The acacia tree grows crookedly and has thorny branches. Its material is hard and heavy. First the thorny branches had to be removed from it and then its crooked shape had to be straightened. Finally, it was covered with gold.

We are all like that acacia tree by nature and therefore we must submit to Yehowah's handling. We have to cry many times and shed many tears before we are worthy of the King's children by nature, fit for service in heaven and have learned to be obedient and humble. Then we will be worthy and will get very close to our Heavenly Father.

Dream related to the previous one

Last night I had a dream about this very topic. I went to a big river with three of my friends after the rain to fish for trout. We didn't catch any. Then we remembered that a small stream flows into the big river, and now after the rain there must be trout. The stream was located in private land and fishing is prohibited there. We still went there as a group.

My friends didn't catch any fish, but I, being a skilled fisherman, caught a trout weighing about a kilo. I killed it, bled it's blood out on the shore, quickly put the fish in a plastic bag, put bag in backpack, and closed the backpack. Suddenly, a very angry woman, the landowner, ran up to us. She cursed and shouted that fishing was not allowed here!

He noticed a bloodstain on the shore and said, "Aha! One of you caught a fish." He started asking, starting with my friends, that who caught it. They were silent. Then the woman came up to me and stared at my face and asked sternly, "Did you catch it?" I had already put on the most innocent, humble, and surprised expression on my face. I was also silent.

One of my friends said to the woman, "I apologize for all of us and we're leaving this place now." That was a relief to me. We left with a big trout in my backpack. The dream revealed to me that my acacia board was still too crooked and needed to be worked on. Only then would it be straight and suitable for gold plating!

Reflections on shabat, Augusti 21, 2026

  Pictures from the left:
1) Every descendant of our ancestors Adam and Eve is born through the womb of a woman. Our Savior Adonai Yeshua HaMashiach was also born through the womb of the Virgin Mary, although he was conceived by the Holy Spirit.

2)
The age of the universe is estimated to be 13.8 billion years and our sun is estimated to have been created about 4.6 billion years ago and is estimated to start expanding into a hotter ball of light in about 5-7 billion years. Then it will eventually turn into a white dwarf star, which is smaller and cooler than it is now.

3)
This image depicts a prophetical dream I had about a week ago. I was in a dream in the Philadelphia Congregation in Stockholm, on Högberg's Street, we were singing praises to Yeshua in a mixed choir. After the song ended, there was first a deep silence and I heard a voice say: "Now you see him whom you worship!"
After that, a man in a magnificent military commander's outfit appeared before us. He first looked down at the congregation. Then he turned to look at us choir members and said,
"I bought you for myself!" He was like the commander-in-chief of Yehowah's army.

We reread the Bible verses in the picture

>>1
Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble. 2 He comes forth like a flower, and is cut down: he flees also as a shadow, and continues not.<< Job 14:1-2

>>10 But the day of the Yehowah will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the Earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
- 11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of Elohim, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?<< 2 Peter 3:10-12

>>For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of Elohim is eternal life through Yeshua HaMashiach, our Adonai.<< Romans 6:23

>>And he (Yeshua) said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.<< Luke 9:23

Do you realize how short your life really is?

This earthly life of ours is indeed short compared to a millennium, and especially compared to an endless eternity. We are all on our way to eternity!

Moses prayed in Psalm 90 that our life here is but a moment that flies by!

>>
1 Yehowah, you has been our dwelling place in all generations. 2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever you has formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, you are Yehowah.
3 You turns man to destruction; and sayes, Return, you children of men.
4 For a thousand years in your sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night....
...12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.<<

May our focus that's why always be on eternity!

If we waste our time on the busy things of this world, no matter how good and necessary they may seem, they are rubbish compared to the value of eternal life! Let us learn from the apostle Paul, to whom Yeshua appeared on the road to Damascus! (He is apparently referring in verse 11 to his desire to be a part of the first resurrection)

>>8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of HaMashiach Yeshua, Adonai: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win HaMashiach, 9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the Law, but that which is through the faith of HaMashiach, the righteousness which is of Elohim by faith:
- 10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.<< Philippians 3:8-11

Yeshua promised everything else as a gift!

The only condition he set was that we should seek first the Kingdom of Yehowah Elohim and his righteous will! Matthew 6:31-34

>>
31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things.
- 33 But seek you first the Kingdom of Elohim, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.<<

What a tremendous gift eternal life is!

It is so enormous that we are not even able to comprehend its value here. Only there in heaven will its value gradually open up to our understanding! Therefore, it is appropriate even now and especially there to praise the sacrificial lamb of Yehowah Elohim, who suffered on the cross of Golgotha about 2000 years ago as atonement for our sins, who bought us there with his blood and rose from the dead on the third day after being crucified. He has truly earned our eternal and wholehearted worship! HalleluYah!

Reflections on shabat, Augusti 14, 2026

Pictures from the left: 1) In the Miss Universe beauty pageant, the top three are chosen. The other finalists are somewhat disappointed. 2) In the CrossFit Games, the top three are also awarded. The best one receives a gold medal, the second a silver medal, and the third a bronze medal. 3) A completely different kind of battle has been fought for the salvation of the Most High. The gold medal went to Adonai Yeshua HaMashiach, the second was John the Baptist, and the third was John the Apostle of Love. 4) Ahead of us is still that wonderful day when our Savior Adonai Yeshua will arrive to take his chosen ones away from the very great tribulation that is about to begin and the time of Yehowah Elohim's wrath, when those left on earth will have to suffer the greatest tribulation, torture, and persecution of humanity.

We reread the Bible verses in the picture

>>
He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a Elohim of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.<< Deuteronomy 32:4 (D'VARIM)

>>Be you therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.<< Matthew 5:48 (Mattityahu)

>>14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: 15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be you holy in all manner of conversation;<< 1 Peter 1:14-15 (1 Kefa)

>>But let patience have her perfect work, that you may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.<< James 1:4 (Ya'akov)

What kinds of spiritual perfections are there?

There are several of them. I will list only some of the important ones below.

- Obedience to the will of Yehowah, which Yeshua HaMashiach revealed to us through His Word and the Holy Spirit He sent. We find instructions for this in the Bible. This is the most important path to perfect obedience.

- Sacrifice for those who are weaker than us by giving up our own for their sake and, if necessary, taking them into our care, as the good Samaritan did for the wounded man on the road to Jericho.

- Self-control in everything that concerns our lives. This applies to eating and drinking. Also sexual abstinence by walking blamelessly, as Joseph did in ancient times when he was in the service of Pharaoh's courtiers in Egypt.

- Respect for those closest to us, starting with our own parents and also concerning our siblings, schoolmates, teachers. We should also respect our colleagues and superiors in our working life.

- The unconditional love that Adonai Yeshua showed to his disciples, loving them to the end, to his death. He taught us to love all people, regardless of whether we think they are worthy of it.

- Love must be demonstrated in thought, word, and deed. Without it, our faith is useless. The apostle James aptly taught, saying: "Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works!"

- We must cultivate our natural gifts. Each of us has been given special abilities by the Creator, which, through education and practice, we can develop into the best version of ourselves! We find them by praying.

- We can learn a lot from nature and other people. Also, that nature knows how to rest and then flourish, producing abundant fruit for our food in good conditions. When we observe our neighbors, we learn from them.

- Even small children teach us. That's Why Adonai Yeshua said very meaningfully: "Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the Kingdom of Elohim as a little child shall in no wise enter therein."

- We should observe the signs of the times and compare them with the numerous end-time prophecies given in the Bible. Then we can endure many tribulations, knowing that the day of our deliverance is approaching.

Let's us make progress by following the steps

We find all of them primarily in the Bible. Our parents, life, teachers, schoolmates, experience and good friends are also a great help in this. We should listen more than we speak and evaluate everything we hear to see if it is really right and useful and not harmful for us and others.

Let us especially appreciate the elderly who have lived their lives respecting Yehowah, their neighbors and have shown a humble character by being of help to others without the intention of gaining anything in return. Such people will experience the truth of Yeshua's promise: "They will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous."

I learned the following from my mother: "If you really try, the Lord will help you!" I learned this lesson from my father when I was about to finish mechanical engineering school in the first grade, because I went there too young: "Try to make an effort until the end of the year, and then we will see." I obeyed and completed the 4-year course.

We should be content with what the Creator grants us, and not seek a position for which He has not taught, trained, or even intended us. Let us obey Him with all our heart! As we diligently work on the tasks He has led us to do, we will experience supernatural guidance and help if we only remember to pray for it.

Prayer and fasting are sometimes necessary

There are examples in the Bible that when an Israelite or the entire nation of Israel was in great distress, Yehowah called them all to prayer and fasting. This happened during the time of Ester and Mordekhai. David also fasted in repentance for his great sins. The apostle Paul also went without eating or drinking for 3 days.

A few New Covenant ministers have also fasted the so-called Moses fast, or been on a water fast for 40 days. This should not be practiced unless you have first become accustomed to much shorter water fast periods, starting with a day, then a week, two and three. The proper end of a long fast is much more difficult than the fast itself!

Many have received great answers to prayer after fasting. Some preachers have received various working gifts of grace, such as praying in faith for the sick and they have been healed in the blink of an eye. Free Church evangelist Osmo Haavisto had the gift of praying for several people to have their teeth fixed in their cavities!

Pentecostal preacher Niilo Ylivainio fell ill with stomach cancer and was given only a few days to live. He did a 42-day water fast and was cured of cancer during it! A friend had suffered from severe pain for many years due to worn-out vertebrae in her spine. She went to Niilo's meeting, where power went through her back and she was cured!

Images from the left:1) Northern Lights glow in the winter darkness in Finnish Lapland. 2) In spring, cherry trees are the first to bloom, white or pink. 3) In the summer, ripe cherries are collected, and in late summer, other fruits, berries from berry bushes, vegetables, and grain from the fields. Berries and mushrooms are also collected from the forests. 4) In the fall, deciduous trees dress up in their festive costumes and Lapland turns into a magnificent autumn.

Let's reread the pictures' Bible verses

>>
21 And the Yehowah smelled a sweet savour; and Yehowah said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake; for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done. 22 While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.<< Genesis 8:21-22

>>1 Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when you shall say, I have no pleasure in them; 2 While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain: 3 In the day when the keepers of the house shall tremble, and the strong men shall bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few,<< Preacher 12:1-3a

>>15 And he said unto them, Go you into all the world, and preach the Good News to everyone. 16 He that believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believes not shall be damned.<< Mark 16:15-16

Seasons and periods of human life

In the Nordic countries there are four main seasons, which remind us of the transience of earthly life. Similarly, our human life can be divided into four different periods, which are clearly different from each other. The characteristic of a period is that it has a beginning and an end. The fourth period is the ripening of the human grain and its harvest.

1) Winter can be compared to when a person is born into the world. Unless he is aborted and allowed to be born, he is most often born into a hostile environment, where a struggle for life and death prevails from the very beginning. He may be born into a dictatorship, where a tyrant keeps him as a slave, i.e. for his own use in order to increase his power and wealth.

2) I parallel the spring season, when man is told in his childhood the Good News of the love of Almighty Yehowah Elohim, which he showed by sending his Son HaMashiach Yeshua, born of a virgin and made man, into the world. He atoned for our sins as a sinless person on Golgotha, on the cross, died and rose from the dead on the 3rd day.

3) Summer is a time of growth. We believers grow in Adonai Yeshua like grains in grace, in the knowledge of his heavenly Father. Adonai Yeshua came to earth to tell us how merciful and good the Father is, because He did not even spare his own Son from vicarious suffering and death! The Bible and the Holy Spirit guides us in everything.

4) Autumn is the time of harvest in nature, the gathering of the harvest of the earth. We humans too, after living our earthly lives, will be gathered to Hades to await the resurrection. Blessed are those who have part in the first resurrection! The second death has no power over them! All people will be raised to the last judgment.

Even in old age, you can still find eternal life!

If for some reason you have not yet found your way to your Creator or if you have been led astray, you can still call out to the name of Yeshua on your deathbed and be saved!
However, do not postpone your decision of faith until then, because you can die unexpectedly today!
Adonai Yeshua also wants to save all apostates and those who are tired of their lives, because he loves all of us, his creatures! He created us for heaven.
Salvation is a gift of grace, and it cannot be earned. Even the best walk or deed of people is not enough in the eyes of our Creator to save our souls.
Only the blood sacrifice of Yeshua is enough!

Think carefully about where you are going?

None of us will live on earth forever, and the length of a human life is shorter than an atomic second compared to eternity! That is why it is foolish to amass great wealth here, because none of us will take a penny with us to the grave beyond the boundary of time. We can only take our living acts of love there.

Reflections on shabat, July 31, 2026

Pictures from the left:1) Four young children lost in the Amazon jungle survived for 40 days. 2) All of us humans are like sheep lost in the wilderness unless we have a connection to Yehowah Elohim through Adonai Yeshua. 3) Another group of young children were found alive after being lost in the jungle.

We reread the Bible verses in the picture

>>
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Yehowah has laid on him the iniquity of us all.<< Isaiah 53:6

>>4 They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in. 5 Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them. 6 Then they cried unto the Yehowah in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses.<< Psalms 107:4-6

>>22 Look unto me, and be you saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am Elohim, and there is none else. 23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.<< Isaiah 45:22-23

>>11 For the Scripture says, Whosoever believes on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Adonai over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Adonai shall be saved.<< Romans 10:11-13 (The name of Adonai is Yeshua)

As an introduction to our topic

The world in which we live is a constant battlefield of spirits much wiser and more powerful than us until the Last Judgment. We humans are like small pieces in a huge puzzle. We do not know what lies ahead of us and how things will develop, because their stages are mostly hidden from us. But for all of us who believe in Yeshua are promised a happy ending.

From the beginning, Yehowah Elohim has led the nations to their own areas of residence and according to His timetable to know the only way to the great and final salvation, which leads by faith of the heart through the holy blood shed on the cross of Golgotha and the body crushed to death by His firstborn Son HaMashiach Yeshua, to the Most Holy, to Him.

The truth revealed in the Bible is that Yehowah will complete the salvation plan He has prepared for all fallen humanity through many stages, even though it seems that all humanity will be destroyed. Because of corruption, a large number of righteous people have experienced and are still experiencing martyrdom. The following verses of Bible assure us that the plan of the Almighty will be accomplished:

A) Isaiah 45:5-7 >>5 I am the Yehowah, and there is none else, there is no Elohim beside me: I girded thee, though you has not known me: 6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the Yehowah, and there is none else. 7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Yehowah do all these things.<<

B) Isaiah 57:14-16 >>14 And shall say, Cast ye up, cast ye up, prepare the way, take up the stumblingblock out of the way of my people. 15 For thus says the High and Lofty One that inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones. 16 For I will not contend for ever, neither will I be always wroth: for the spirit should fail before me, and the souls which I have made.<<

We humans get lost easily!

Because of the fall of our ancestors in Paradise, we all get lost easily. This is because people without faith do not have the spiritual connection to their Creator. We get lost when traveling in unfamiliar areas unless we are good at navigating with a map, compass, or a map app on our smartphone. To go astray is so easy.

As a child, I got lost easily. Fortunately, I eventually found my way back to the familiar path on my own or with the guidance of strangers. When I was 3 years old, I got lost in Stockmann in Helsinki by grabbing a strange woman by the hem of her skirt, thinking she was my mother. The woman took me to the information desk and my parents found me there with the help of a microphone.

While driving in Stockholm, I got lost because I didn’t know the city and its roads well enough. That’s why I had to drive extra distances to get to people I knew. In Israel, I got lost near Jerusalem by walking off the map. A British couple pointed me in the right direction, east side of the Mount of Olives back to City center.

The many worries and concerns of this world also make us easily waste our time on secondary things. Many people carry in their hearts the worries of their neighbors, and some even the worries of the entire world, such as wars, famines, deadly epidemics, climate extremes, earthquakes, their own family and work worries, etc.

We live in a time of great deceptions

Never before in human history have people been offered so many temptations and truly addictive deceptions as they are today. They have been presented to our eyes in the form of Hollywood movies, reality TV porn, huge lottery winning opportunities, huge capital investment profits and trash music festivals.

In addition, there are deceptions that seem great and spiritually edifying. These include archaeology, familiarization with world arts, classical music, philosophy. Also broadening one's understanding by traveling around the world or just on vacation to countries with foreign religion, nature and culture.

Science is also a deception when it replaces religion. New deceptions are constantly being created, especially through social media. According to the Bible, the goal of all deceptions is that people waste their precious and very short search time on secondary things. They do not seek Yehowah Elohim and his righteousness in order to be saved!

Who is the ultimate cause of those deceptions? Most Christians think that of course Satan. You may be really surprised when I claim that he is Yehowah himself! I will justify it in a different chapter below. Yehowah often uses Satan and his angels only as his instruments to separate the wheat from the chaff, the chosen for salvation from the wicked!

No evil will ever befall us without Yehowah's permission, for he is Almighty!

All tests of faith come from Yehowah!

In the following passages of the Bible, Yehowah has tested or is still testing our faith:

1) The test of faith and obedience given to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden: Genesis 3 The tree of the knowledge of good and evil was there deliberately as a test for our ancestors. Then Satan was only an intermediary in the form of a serpent.

2)
Noah built a large ark with faith in Yehowah, even though it had not yet rained on the earth. Genesis 6:12 onwards and chapters 7-8. Noah was mocked at the instigation of Satan. That was a prophetic example of how the righteous are separated from the wicked.

3) Job's trials in life as a lesson for us too: Job 1-3 and chapters 38-42
The trust of the righteous in the Creator is also tested.
Here too, Satan was only an intermediary and lost to Yehowah.

4) Yehowah said to Abraham to go and offer up his son Isaac as a burnt offering. Genesis 22 Abraham would have offered him up on Mount Moriah if Yehowah’s angel had not stopped him! There Yehowah foreshadowed His Son as a sacrifice on the same mountain, Golgotha.

5) The trials of the people of Israel in the wilderness as a warning to us too: Exodus 15:24-25 and Deuteronomy 8:10-16. Only two of the adults whom Yehowah delivered from Egypt eventually made it to the Promised Land (Joshua and Caleb). The others, except their children, died in the wilderness because of their unbelief.

6) The temptation of Ahab to go to war at Ramoth Gilead, to avenge him: 1 Kings 22:16-23, 33-35. Yehowah spared the righteous king of Judea, Jehoshaphat, in that war.
But Ahab died because he had wasted his time of search and grace by living wickedly.

7) According to John the Baptist, faith in Yeshua is a test for us: John 3:36a and 36b
36a >>He who believes in the Son (HaMashiach Yeshua) has eternal life;<< 36b >>... but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of Elohim remains on him.<<

8) According to Adonai Yeshua, temptations must come to test us: Matt. 18:7 >>Woe to the world because of temptations! It is necessary that temptations come; but woe to that man through whom the temptation comes!<< Those who tempt other people will be punished!

9) Elohim will send a Great Deception to all nations in the end times: 2 Thess. 2:7-12

Verses 7-10
>>
7 For the mystery of lawlessness already is working, only he is holding back now, until it comes out of the midst. 8 And then "the Lawless One" will be revealed, "whom" "the Yehowah" "will consume" "by the spirit of His mouth," and He will bring to nought by the brightness of His presence. 9 His coming is according to the working of Satan in all power and miracles and lying wonders, 10 and in all deceit of unrighteousness in those being lost, because they did not receive the love of the truth in order for them to be saved.<<

Verses 11-12 >>11 And for this cause Elohim shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.<<

Here again, the righteous are separated from the wicked on the basis of their faith.

10) According to the Book of Revelation, the first Beast is given authority to deceive all nations: Chapter 13. Only those who do not receive the mark of the Beast or worship his image will be saved. Their names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life before the foundation of the world. Those who are deceived by the Beast will be punished in hell forever! Rev. 14:9-10

My opinion is this, because the era and the punishments may refer to the same thing:
Perhaps 2 Thess. 2:7-12 refers partly to the same thing as chapters Rev. 13-14 (?)

Let us not go astray forever!

The most dangerous way to go astray is for a person to be permanently separated from his Creator, even though he is often called to salvation through confession of his sins and repentance! In the world we always manage somehow. But if we do not care about salvation, which is the most important thing and also determines our entire eternal destiny, we will be lost forever!

This is why Yehowah was angry with Israel in ancient times during their wilderness wanderings and refused to let those who had strayed from his fellowship enter his rest! It was the worst way to go astray, that they went astray in their hearts, and did not trust in Yehowah's promises. but hardened their hearts in unbelief, turning away from him. We read the verses:
 Hebrews 3:12-19 and Hebrews 4:1-11

Hebrews 3:12-19
>>
12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living Elohim. 13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. 14 For we are made partakers of Messiah, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

15 While it is said, Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation. 16 For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.

17 But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness? 18 And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? 19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.<<

Hebrews 4:1-11 (This is important to read as a continuation of the previous one, to understand the context)

>>
1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. 2 For unto us was the Good News preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, that they shall not enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. 4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And Elohim did rest the seventh day from all his works. 5 And in this place again, they shall not enter into my rest.

6
Seeing therefore it remains that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: 7 Again, he limits a certain day, saying in David, Today, after so long a time; as it is said, Today if you will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

8 For if Yeshua had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. 9 There remains therefore a rest to the people of Elohim. 10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also has ceased from his own works, as Elohim did from his. 11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.<<
