Let's reread the Bible verses in the picture:

Zechariah 13:8-9
>>8 It will happen in all the land, says the Yehowah, that two-thirds of the people in it will be cut off and die, but one-third will be left in it. 9 Then I will bring the remaining third into the fire; I will refine them like silver is refined and will test them like gold is tested. They will call on my name and I will answer; I will say, 'These are my people,' and they will say, 'The Yehowah is my Elohim.'"<<

Mark 13:24-27
>>24 "But in those days, after that suffering, the sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light; 25 the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken. 26 Then everyone will see the Son of Man arriving in the clouds with great power and glory. 27 Then he will send angels and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of heaven.<<


Why such harsh punishments?

  We see from the Bible that Elohim had been merciful and forgiving towards his chosen people for decades, even centuries. But when there was no conversion to his words, he finally brought very harsh judgments upon his entire people. Only a small chosen part of them survived and they too had to suffer hunger, thirst, persecution and slavery because of the sins of their fathers and ancestors.

  When Pride festivals are currently being held in Israel, which Elohim hates, it is not surprising that Israel is once again facing harsh judgments. However, Elohim will also protect the small chosen part in the midst of them who have not agreed to those wicked ways. 

  As for the pagan nations, they have lived even more wickedly than Israel! Many traditionally Christian nations have abandoned Christianity. This has often happened because the leaders of the denominations have succumbed to the temptations of the prince of the Darkness of this world and have approached the lifestyle of ungodly people, and their preaching has lost its salt and light and become worthless. One should not be surprised at the apostasy and the severe punishments facing the pagan nations, which are already underway.

  Many Christians appeal to the bottomless grace and forgiveness of Elohim. They have not learned from the Bible that there is always an upper limit to sinful acts! If and when it is exceeded, punishment is inevitable. I think that Finland, where I live, and which has been voted the happiest nation in the world 9 times in a row, is already very deeply corrupted by sin *) and the people have been punished for several years. Most recently, the country now has the highest unemployment rate in the EU and the country is getting increasingly indebted.

*) Harsh statistics from Finland

  Finland ranks among the top EU countries in suicide statistics. According to the latest statistics (from 2024), there were 761 suicides, which was 9 more than in 2023. This is clearly more than in other Nordic countries. With unemployment and poverty still increasing, it is expected that more than 800 suicides will have been committed in 2025.

  Homelessness in Finland has taken a sharp rise as a result of the current policies that make the poor miserable, after a decade-long decline. In 2025, the number of homeless people increased by 20 percent compared to the previous year, which is the largest increase in our statistical history! There were 467 homeless people in my hometown Turku.

  In 2025, there were 4,579 homeless people in the whole of Finland. The population was 5,652,881. Homelessness increased the most among young people (under 25 years of age). The increase was as much as 37%. In Turku, homelessness is the highest in relation to the population among the 10 largest cities in Finland. In winter, there are a few days when the temperature drops to -20 C (-4 F)!

  Finnish decision-makers joined our nation to NATO on April 4, 2023, thinking that only it would offer us true security. The only true security we have is in Yehowah Elohim, but my people have abandoned this security, abandoning even the foundations of Christianity year after year. Now many nations think it is just a coincidence that the Strait of Hormuz has been blocked and access to oil has become difficult. It is not a coincidence! It is a serious warning about the importance of oil for us in this time of the end. The reference is to the oil of the Holy Spirit. We read verses Matthew 25:1-13

>>1 "At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of the virgins were foolish, and five were wise. 3 When the foolish ones took their lamps, they did not take extra olive oil with them. 4 But the wise ones took flasks of olive oil with their lamps.

5 When the bridegroom was delayed a long time, they all became drowsy and fell asleep. 6 But at midnight there was a shout, 'Look, the bridegroom is here! Come out to meet him.' 7 Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps.

8 The foolish ones said to the wise, 'Give us some of your oil, because our lamps are going out.' 9 'No,' they replied. 'There won't be enough for you and for us. Go instead to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.'

10 But while they had gone to buy it, the bridegroom arrived, and those who were ready went inside with him to the wedding banquet. Then the door was shut. 11 Later, the other virgins came too, saying, 'Lord, lord! Let us in!' 12 But he replied, 'I tell you the truth, I do not know you!'

13 Therefore stay alert, because you do not know the day or the hour.<<

Do you now have an anointing from on high?

  Without that and the continuous filling with the Holy Spirit, Christians will also be left in the great tribulation when the New Covenant saints - chosen for salvation and filled with the Holy Spirit - are caught up in the winds and clouds. It is extremely important to belong to that group, for the second death has no power over them! Be filled with the Holy Spirit while listening to the following songs!

Let’s reread the Bible verses in the picture

  

>>4 ...after (Aharon) had made it (of gold) a molten calf: and they said, This is your god, O Israel, which brought you up out of the land of Egypt. 5 And when Aaron saw it, he built an altar before it; and Aaron made proclamation, and said, To morrow is a feast to the Yehowah.<< Exodus 32:4b-5

>>And it shall be, if you do at all forget the Yehowah your Elohim, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that you shall surely perish.<< Deuteronomy 8:19

What does Mammon mean or represent?

  This is the main opponent of Yehowah and the deceiver of idols. He is a person: 'The Prince of this world' or Satan. This means that a person who is in the grip of Mammon trusts and relies on his worldly riches more than Yehowa. Many believers in Adonai Yeshua also worship Mammon more than Yeshua. So he is not actually a follower of Adonai Yeshua, even though he thinks so.

  Such unfortunate people think they are going to heaven, even though they are capital investors or stock market speculators. They run after riches without ever getting enough of it. They are slaves to their lust for money and the apostle Paul has warned us all about them as follows: 1. Timothy 6:9

>>But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.<<

Are there other idols?

  In many places in the Bible we are taught that there are no other gods but Yehowah Elohim and that all so-called 'idols', which are the work of human hands, are powerless and spiritless. Yehowah Elohim is the only true Elohim! John 17:3

>>And this is life eternal, that they might know you the only true Elohim, and Yeshua HaMashiach, whom you hast sent.<<

  Of course, the exception to this are the so-called Sons of Elohim, fallen spirit beings and angelic princes, who have quite great power and authority over the nations in this corrupt and fallen world and over all humanity. Even more so over many individuals. But only over those who have not been born again from above.

Two Interesting Tanakh Passages

I found these with the help of AI, as well as the most reliable explanations for them.

The quotes are as follows:

Original text: "8 When the Most High (El-Elyon) divided to the nations their inheritances, when he separated the children of men, then he set the boundaries of the peoples according to the number of the Sons of Elohim. 9 For the people of Yehowah are his portion, Jacob is the lot of his inheritance."

- Original thought: The Most High (El-Elyon) set the boundaries of the nations according to the number of the Sons of God, but Israel became YHWH's portion.

- Later edit: The later Hebrew text (Masoretic text) reads "according to the sons of Israel," but scholars consider "Sons of God" to be the more original form.

3. Guardian Angels or "(angel) princes" of the Gentiles

Later, for example, the book of Daniel speaks of "princes" of different nations (such as the guardian angels of Persia (today's Iran) or Greece, as well as Michael; the great angelic prince of the nation of Israel) who fight (still, even today) in the heavenly armies. Dan. 10:13

- This reflects the idea that each nation had its own spiritual ruler.

- In summary: The Bible presents the situation as if God "abandoned" the other nations to the power of their own gods or heavenly bodies after the events of the Tower of Babel, and chose for himself one nation, Israel, through whom he would later reveal himself to all.<<<<

  The original ideas mentioned in these paragraphs 2 and 3 are clearly supported in my opinion by the many 'main gods' of the nations mentioned in connection with the various nations.

  In particular, the book of the prophet Jeremiah lists the idols worshipped by these nations in connection with Israel and the nations around it, by name. They are spoken of as the main gods of each nation and also the judgments received by those main gods or idols as if they were persons, spirit beings!

  This interpretation cannot be avoided in connection with numerous verses. Although elsewhere in the Bible the Israelites are forbidden to even utter the names of idols, or foreign gods, it is permissible and useful to study with the help of the Bible what is really at stake, especially in this time when wars are raging in different parts of the world. It is good to consider who is really inciting nations to war against each other(?)

In my opinion, just as, for example, Ukraine uses war drones in the war against Russia, so too do the angelic princes of the nations use entire nations to war against each other. Fortunately, above them all is YHWH Elohim!

List of 'idols' of some nations

  That is, the idols that they have worshipped as their main gods and who are apparently still their national idols or angel princes in space. They are probably also associated with numerous UFO or UAP sightings in recent years, but I will not delve into them now, because that is the subject of a separate study.

- Ammon: Malcam (Jer. 49:1-3) ...verse 3

>>Wail, Heshbon, for Ai is laid waste; cry, you daughters of Rabbah, gird yourself with sackcloth, lament, and go about in the pastures; for Malcam shall go into exile, his priests and his princes with him.<<

- Aram: The chief god was Hadad, who was worshipped as the god of thunder and rain. (BBD)

- Babylonia or Persia or Iran: Marduk or Merodach*) and Rostam. In Persian mythology and the national epic Shahnameh Rostam is considered the greatest hero and protector of Iran. *) Jer. 50:2

- Egypt: The chief god was Amon-Ra. Meaning: King of the Gods.

- Edom: The main god or principal deity of the nation of Edom was Qos (also spelled Qaus, Qos, Kos, or Qaush). Qos was likely a weather or war deity, sometimes associated with lightning or thunder.

- Israel: Baal was the most worshipped "idol" during the history of the ancient Israelites, acting as a direct competitor to the worship of Yehowah (YHWH). Idols in addition to the Golden Calf, such as Molech, Asherah, and Astarte, were also worshipped to the displeasure of YHWH.

- Moab: The main god was Chemosh. He was primarily a god of war. Jer. 48:7

- Finland: The name of the main god was Ukko Ylijumala, from which the name Jumala is derived. But the origin of the word is not known for sure and therefore I avoid using that name in my Bible studies. I do not want to use the name of any national angelic prince from the one true Elohim, which is Yehowah Elohim!

- Ukraine: Before the adoption of Christianity in 988, the main god of the Slavic tribes living in the territory of modern Ukraine was Perun, the god of thunder, lightning, and war.

- Russia: In pre-Christian, pagan times, the main god or supreme god was Perun, the god of thunder, lightning, and war. So the same idol as in Ukraine. Previously, those two different tribes were one people, which Putin is now trying to unite by force.


Why does YHWH hate all idols?

  He hates them because they lead people away from Him, who is the only True Elohim and the source of eternal life through His Son Yeshua the Messiah. 

  All who reject His call to salvation will be eternally separated from Him and into a place that burns with brimstone and fire, also called Hell! Rev. 21:8

>>But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.<<

  Since the gift of salvation, through faith in Adonai Yeshua, is of utmost importance to every person, let us obey His command in Matthew 7:7-8

>>7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 For every one that asks receives; and he that seeks finds; and to him that knocks it shall be opened.<<

Did you know that lying, slander, and gossip are serious sins? They really need to be abandoned so that they don't rob you of your salvation!

  Like all other people who think independently and at the same time sinfully, I have also committed many such sins. I committed them especially until I was 22 years old, until I received the grace to be born again from above on August 31, 1972 at 9 pm in the Jesus House of the Vartiokylä suburb in Helsinki.

This is fundamentally the most common heart disease of humanity, about which Adonai Yeshua taught this: "...They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance." Mark 2:17 So He calls us to repentance too.

In the final part of this study, I will tell you, based on my own experience, how, according to the NT, this disease is gradually healed through a life of holiness. It takes time, but health is eventually achieved, but only as a gift! Please, be attentive!

Let us consider the following points

  The spread of false information is a common occurrence in the stock market because it can cause panic-like selling of shares at dumping prices. Then many super-rich people also get richer with the help of illegal insider information. Several years ago I read an argument that if only true information were published on all the world's stock exchanges instead of the current lies, the stock markets would collapse!

  Owners of companies are also commonly guilty of providing false or embellished information to enhance their public image, especially when they are trying to sell their companies to large companies. Finding out the correct information about the state of the companies in question is often very difficult.

Lying, gossiping and slander in the workplace

  Due to the corruption of people, many people try to give a far too good general picture of themselves in their job applications and the false picture is further compounded by new lies in job interviews. This is especially emphasized in times of high unemployment. Some even resort to forging their educational and work certificates.

  Workplaces are often fiercely competitive for promotion opportunities, and then many people are guilty of spreading lies about those colleagues they feel threaten them and get the promotion they are seeking. If a company has decided to reduce the number of employees, there will be a fierce battle over who gets to stay.

Lying and cheating in family life

  Many people fall into secret relationships while married or in a cohabitation, and it is painful for the betrayed spouse and especially for the children, if they still have small children. It is most destructive for the betrayer himself, because adulterers will be judged by Yehowah Elohim. It is certain that the betrayers will have a hot time at the last judgment, and especially after that!

  Even the adulterer have been given the opportunity to make genuine repentance, if he has still time left to search contact with Elohim and he still hears the voice of the Holy Spirit warning and urging him to repent. But if he continues on that wrong path, he will eventually harden his heart and seal his eternal destiny.

The power of the human tongue

  I am referring to the organ in our mouth, our tongue. As the apostle James wrote, our tongue has amazing power! Let’s read the verses James 3:6-8

>>6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. 7 For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and has been tamed of mankind: 8 But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.<<

  We ourselves are unable to tame our tongues, because our tongues only speak what is in our innermost. It is an organ outside of our own will. Our tongues only speak what is in our hearts. The hearts of all people are corrupt, and therefore we absolutely must be born again from above in order to be saved! *)

  If we have been born by the power of the eternal Word of YHWH Elohim and by the Holy Spirit as new spiritual creatures **), then we also have received a new heart, which the Holy Spirit and the Bible, when reading it, the Living Word (Yeshua's Word) have given us. They have started to shape and sanctify ***) us to be worthy of heaven. It does not happen in an instant, but gradually. Fortunately for us, Yehowah has promised that He will not abandon the good work he has begun in us! ****)

This is how we ensure our salvation

  From the above, we learn that we must be transformed by being born again of the Spirit, so that we may receive a new heart, which will also harness our tongue to speak things pleasing to our Creator, and that we may thus receive the eternal life that Yehowah Elohim offers us as a gift, in His Son Adonai Yeshua! Romans 6:22-23

>>22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to Elohim, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. 23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of Elohim is eternal life through Yeshua HaMashiach our Adonai.<<

Let’s consider the following points

  The current population of the earth is 8.2 billion, but what will it be in the 1,000-year Kingdom of Peace?

  How many people can live on Earth at the same time?

  In this study, I will only consider Adam and Eve and their descendants, and I will only use the Bible as my starting point. Over the past 6,000 years, a total of about 60–80 billion people have lived on Earth. I choose 75 billion because of the high infant mortality rate in the past.

  Over the past two centuries, about 15 billion people have been born, which is 20% of all people who have ever lived. The population alive today (about 8.2 billion) constitutes almost 11% of the entire history of humanity.

  So there are a huge number of us, and the population density varies greatly across the globe, as the picture shows.

  How many of us could live here today?

  If we didn't have wars and if we cultivated the land wisely and distributed food equally, at least 100 billion people could live and be well!

Let's also consider this

  What about the 1000-year Kingdom?

  Then there will be no more seas, so there will be about 70% more land area than now. There will still be lakes and rivers, so there will be no shortage of water, because scientists have found about 3 times the amount of fresh water under the earth's crust compared to the amount of water in the oceans.

  If the conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph are met then, I think 1000 billion people could live simultaneously and be well. Then people will live as long as trees (up to 1000 years), the youngest will die at 100 years old, and only at 100 years old will a sinner be cursed.


Can we reach everyone with the Good News?

  In today's digital era of information technology, the Internet and satellite broadcasting, it is possible if all of us New Covenant saints roll up our sleeves and move from dreams to actions! The Good News of Salvation must be proclaimed once and for all as a testimony to all nations! Only then will there be an end to this era of chaos, wars, epidemics, persecution, suffering, injustice, great inequality, bottomless desires and immense famine!

Wonderful memories 

  When I look back on my years of study and work, as well as my free time, there were several times when I felt the clear guidance of the Holy Spirit to take the message of salvation to precisely those people whom He had already prepared in advance to be receptive.

  This happened wherever I wandered, in Finland and abroad. The biggest obstacle was myself, because this body of flesh and blood of mine has been a real 'brake wagon'. Prayer and fasting often miraculously helped to subdue my body to the position of the donkey on which Adonai Yeshua was allowed to ride and take the Message of Salvation to many people.

  Now, as an old man and with many illnesses, I can still focus on praying for all of them and reminding those who are still living their youth and peak years of what is most important in human life. That is a conscious walk in prayer in connection with Adonai Yeshua, guided by the Holy Spirit and the Word of the Living Bible.

Let us wonder if we really see right?

  When we look with the eyes of faith at our Savior as He was in the throes of death on the cross of Calvary, let us consider what we really see?

  We see a shockingly battered, bruised, wounded, and bleeding man, only about 33 years old, whipped with a Roman whip. But is that all? It is not...

  Let us step closer and look into His eyes. Do we see just the face of an ordinary man, or something unique? We get to look at the Creator of man, who does not condemn us, but whose face shines with boundless love and forgiveness! According to His own words, He existed before the world was and fell in love with the people he had created!


Let us consider why he was crucified?

  He himself said that he came into the world of his own free will to fulfill the will of his Father. He knew in advance that he would have to suffer terribly while performing the atonement for our sins as a sinless and innocent sacrificial lamb, which no one else could do.

  When he died on the cross, he took away the entire burden of the world's sins, yours and mine! He took them on his shoulders and took them with him to the depths of Hades. Just before he died on the cross, he said: "It is finished!" Then the curtain of the Temple was torn in two from top to bottom, the rocks were split and the bodies of many saints rose from their graves and appeared to many in Jerusalem!

  He knew the fact that without his sacrifice, all of humanity would be lost because of their sins, to hell! But he loved us so much that he took the risk that if he failed, he would also be lost. Satan tried many times to make Adonai Yeshua fall into sin. But Adonai Yeshua fought a noble fight and was obedient in all things to the Holy Scriptures of the Tanakh! He fought such a fierce battle in Gethsemane with prayers that his sweat of anguish was like drops of blood falling to the ground.


Yeshua HaMashiach fought and won!

  He, our Good Shepherd, achieved eternal victory over the enemy of our souls, Satan, when he died. He fought for us and won! He fought for you and me and won! As proof of this, he rose from the dead on the third day after his crucifixion and appeared to all his apostles in bodily form as a resurrected person. There were scars in his hands, feet and side that doubting Thomas could touch. And he ate the piece of fish in their sight. Before he ascended to heaven, he appeared once more to over 500 of his chosen ones.


A wonderful memory of Israel

  In 1977, I was volunteering at Kibbutz Kiryat Anavim, Israel. After 2 months, I found myself in a situation where they tried to force me to do heavy physical work, even on the Sabbath. I refused, because I had already found out before going to the Kibbutz that I could spend the Sabbaths without working. I was promised at the Karmel Association office in Helsinki that I could spend the Shabats in Israel on rest days! The reason was that Israel is the only country in the world that celebrates the Shabat!

  After refusing to work on the Shabat, I was interviewed by the kibbutz management. They asked me if I loved the Jews? I replied that of course, because otherwise I would not have come to work there. I told them that I loved their Elohim more than them and that I wanted to be obedient to Him and keep the Jewish Shabat on rest days, because He Himself had instructed me to do so. I had prayed to Him about it in the early 1970s and He taught me to keep the Jewish weekly Shabat.

  The Kibbutz leadership decided to expel me from Israel as soon as possible. I became very sad in my heart, because my intention was to work in the Kibbutz for the whole year, but they decided to expel me after just over 2 months! I then went to my room and poured out my sorrow to Adonai Yeshua. He came to me and said the same words three times: I love you! Each time I felt such an immense love that I was afraid I would disintegrate into atoms. I told him: Enough already Adonai, I believe in you!
