Reflections on shabat, 26 September, 2025

I wonder what the world will be like in 2030?

Many threats are visible on the horizon and unless our Creator intervenes decisively in the course of events, a great catastrophe will soon be upon us. Great nations are led by cruel dictators who disregard the human rights of small nations and walk on the Devil's leash, as it is written in the Letter to the Ephesians:

Eph. 6:11-13 >>11 put on the whole armour of Elohim, for your being able to stand against the wiles of the devil, 12 because we have not the wrestling with blood and flesh, but with the principalities, with the authorities, with the world-rulers of the darkness of this age, with the spiritual things of the evil in the heavenly places; 13 because of this take ye up the whole armour of Elohim, that ye may be able to resist in the day of the evil, and all things having done--to stand.<<

We see from everything that the world is in great turmoil. Earthquakes, storms, floods, great droughts, heavy rains and famines are enormous. A great trade war with tariffs and boycotts is underway. WW3 also seems to be only a matter of time.

The persecution of Christians is greater than ever before and the hatred of pagan nations is growing towards Israel, which is fighting for its existence against the Muslim nations possessed by the Devil. China, most EU countries, India joining hands with Russia and many other so-called BRICS countries have also joined Israel's enemies. Pakistan has begun supplying nuclear-tipped missiles to Saudi Arabia.

Our Creator has a clear plan for all nations and people as individuals. He has a good plan for all righteous and truth-loving people. He gives blessing and success to those nations and individuals who stand with Israel against all its enemies and help Israel to possess the land of its ancestors. Prayer and good deeds are needed!

Reflections on shabat, 19 September, 2025

When was the last time you got lost in the countryside or while traveling in an unknown area? I have gotten lost several times. When I was less than 3 years old, I got lost in a large Stockmann department store in Helsinki, where I was with my parents. As we were going up the escalator, I grabbed the hem of a woman's skirt and followed her. She was not my mother, and then, through a microphone announcement, I was returned to my father and to my mother's lap.

Getting lost in an unknown area, for example, can lead us to the teeth of wild beasts or to starve from lack of water or food. It can therefore be life-threatening. If we believe in Elohim, we have a chance to survive that the ungodly do not have: We can pray for help and receive it in a supernatural way! I have had several experiences with this.

The most dangerous thing, however, is to get lost out of communion with our Creator. Almost all of humanity is in that state today, and every person is in it from birth. We are separated from our Creator due to original sin. He knew this danger and that is why He sent His only begotten firstborn Son to be born as a human into the world. That is why He sent Yeshua to teach us the way to eternal life and communion with the Father, and to atone for our sins on the cross of Calvary.

Only by believing in Him as risen and the one who defeated death do we receive forgiveness of our sins when we are baptized in the Name of Yeshua HaMashiach for the forgiveness of our sins, confessing among the men Him as our Adonai and on that basis we gain access to communion with our Creator and the glory of heaven.

Reflections on shabat, September 12, 2025

We live in a very dangerous world time, for there are more temptations to many sins and vanities around us than ever before. Furthermore, we clearly see that the militarily strongest nations in the world are striving to divide the smaller nations into spheres of influence and conquer them for themselves, in order to brazenly exploit their inhabitants and wealth.

Let us abandon all pursuit of the vain riches of this world and direct our gaze upward today, and let us also fix our hearts on our Savior HaMashiach Yeshua. May he be our treasure and our gold bullion and let us always trust in him!

Reflections on shabat, September 5, 2025

I grew up in a family where, since childhood, a large part of our food was obtained by fishing. We fished with nets, traps, long lines, rods, trolling lines, and casting lines. I have continued fishing as an adult.

The most common and largest fish caught was pike. We also caught pike perch, bream and perch. We caught vendace less often and trout even less often. Fish food is generally the healthiest option compared to other animal-based foods.

The reason I wrote this topic is because I had a strange dream earlier this week: I had caught a huge number of large pikes and put them in a big black plastic bag. In a dream, I wondered how on earth I would be able to carry the sack all the way home, because it was really heavy and weighed about 50 kilos(?)

I believe that the dream means human souls that Adonai Yeshua has entrusted to me to lead into his fellowship. Another explanation for the problem is that nowadays it is difficult to find a Christian congregation that teaches soberly the apostolic faith. We Christians have a heavy responsibility for those who have recently come to faith in Adonai Yeshua, so that the Devil does not succeed in taking away their faith.

I leave this as a prayer for all of us. Thank you!
